I watched the report and read the article and have mixed feeling about the whole thing. If the woman cursing at the child had a history of migraine headaches, she should have read the warning signs at the entrance before riding. IMO, the little girl was just having a great time and screamed because of the fun she was having.

Yep,
Almost all theme parks have health warning signs. If you suffer from headaches, don't sit down and ride it. Sit it out!!!

I'm trying to figure out how the woman with the daughter was trespassing?
Overreacting.. yes but could someone explain the trespassing.

Charging the person with Trespass is normal. If someone refuses to immediately leave the park when ordered by Security they charge them with trespassing so they have to leave or be arrested.

I have one of those same tickets but I am sitting on it until the stupid Hollywood Rip Ride and Break finally opens.

I followed a link within the story to the ATL news. What frightens me is at the end the family said on their next vacation they will go to WDW instead.
