Now you are using logic and we know that in Florida the judicial system does not reason things out. All too often we are governed by the good 'ol boy system. ;)

Can't assume what gender the friend of a character is based on the character's gender. A number of the male characters have mostly female friends since more girls are the right height than guys. The majority of Mickey and Minnie's friends are female.
Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

He stated he didn't feel there was anything "sexual" in the groping as the old man couldn't know if the person in costume was male or female. In my mind it doesn't matter if the victim is female or male, no one should have to submit to being manhandled. Thank godness for an intelligent jury.

Oh come ON. One look at Minnie's legs tells you whose in that costume.
Pervert.
I mean, come on. Minnie Mouse? MINNIE MOUSE???
UGH.

Quite frankly, I can't see how it much matters -- if he was groping a girl thinking it was a girl, a guy thinking it was a girl, a girl thinking it was a guy, a guy thinking it was a guy... It's creepy and wrong no matter what.

With poor Minnie being groped, I can't even imagine the BS that the female face characters go through.

the Princesses go thru a lot of rude crap in the parks.
I see it all the time. but I know a few who do fight back with thier wits. Cruella Devile and Cindy's step sisters can hold thier own. I have even seen Gaston get in a guests face, but always in charactor. 1st Disney face charactor rule.
Never break charactor while on stage.
like Cruella once said, never get into a battle of wits with your enemy if your enemy is unarmed....
