Bruce McCulloch another funny Canadian, The Kids in the Hall (Bruce McCulloch, Dave Folley and others) are going to be filiming a made for TV movie in my neck of the woods. My company is supplying them with a lot of the transportation they need for the scenes and to get from location to location. Should be exciting.

Watching these videos has been fun. I love how "different" our two countries are yet how much we are the same. Here is to the two best countries in the world.... Canada and the USA. sorry guys Canada is number 1 but you guys are a close second :D:

I had the amazing experience of touring coast-to-coast in Canada with a singing group back in 1981, and even staying with many families along the way. A few of my hosts, and one memorable one in particular, expressed dismay at how little most Americans know about Canada, while they learn so much about us. The one I'm thinking of was able to poke fun with a lot of humor -- He was particularly laughing at how some Americans, when they found out he was from Canada, would ask him questions like, "Oh, do you know John Smith from Toronto?" (he lived in Calgary). As he put it, "as if Canada was a street."

He was able to catch some of us in our ignorance, but never mean-spirited -- like pointing to a piece of furniture and asking us, "Do you know what we call this in Canada? No? A chair."
