Guest Safety is number one, yes? So, if these SG's are going to act that way, it is best for them to be removed by Security before their safety is compromised ;)
"Sir, we are doing this for your own good."

This is un-fucking believable.

I would like to apoligize for their parents giving birth to them. I've got some horrid tales of insensitivity, but not right now.

I simply can't understand how people can say such rude and horrible things. It's shocking.

Wow, what complete and total MORONS! Where do people get their kicks saying things like that? BW, I am sorry you had to put up with those "SGs".
I also want to say thank you for everything that you do, and I have all the monorail drivers in my thoughts. :)

No tears falling here, won't waste it on them -but anger - simple anger and almost resentment that such ---individuals, idiots, morons, hopeless causes, creatures -- have the nerve to be that way. What do they think they are trying to accomplish by asking such questions and thinking they are so "smart" (although the term is far from correct). Gah, I just -- seriously guys-- wanna PUNCH guests sometimes.
This just crosses the line for me as a stupid guest story, it's not stupid - it's far worse than being stupid. That fuck*ng bastard BW wrote about in his first post -- I just wonder why can't we just, oh I dunno leave him with the lions at AK to toss him by his testicles off the top of -what ever is the highest point on property!

Wallaby-
Thanks for sharing this. I know you're venting and it's good to do so. I have worried about you and your fellow pilots, I hope that you guys can find some peace.

BW - thank you for taking the time to share your stories. My heart still goes out to all of the monorail CM's. I will be in the World beginning this weekend, and I promise you this...if I see a SG behave like that, I will stand up for the CM's, and tell the SG what a butthead he/she is. I am hoping to find a monorail pin that I can wear, as a silent tribute to you all.

BW, that dude just needs to be slugged....preferably by other guests (the one's like I aspire to be...a non -SG). The insensativity is amazing - even my almost 12 year old son couldn't be that bad if he tried.
I'm sure that having to continue is tough - I hope you and your fellow Monorail CM's can find your peace.

Yeah I'm a mild mannered and gentle spirited fairy most of the time but it's a good freaking thing I didn't see or hear any of the exchanges BW posted about because I think it may have driven me over the edge of reason.
These 'people' don't even qualify to hold the title of SG. They are more like HG's....heartless guests.
It's amazing to know that a human body can be walking around with no beating heart inside of it because surely no one with any heart at all could ever be as plainly mean-spirited as these beings.
BW, you know that I consider your restraint in these situations to be beyond exemplary and I'm glad that management has backed you up as they should.
I really hope that people will get back to complaining about the weather and line wait times in the parks and such and stop with the cruel remarks about what happened.
I guess there are still bullies everywhere you go in life aren't there?
hugs

A. The fact he had a SMILE on his face is what makes me want to throw him off a cliff.
I hope to God that he gets in a nasty car accident soon or a heart attack or some disease or just plain ol dies somehow. As I always say, why do the good people die and all the idiots are left??? Why why why???? I don't care if it is bad to wish such things on a person. I want him to die! I hope when he gets home his house is robbed of all valuables and he is flung to the street. What is the worst thing a person can get? Hang him from a tree and beat him to death!!!!!!
B. Use any word you want BW, never mind about management. The guy deserved it.
I'm sorry, i've just HAD it with guests getting away with treating CM's like dirt and NOTHING being done about it. This just takes the cake - it just shows just how little guests think of CM's. Hah, I'd LOVE to see any average joe or jane even spend a DAY in our work. Be it monorails, entertainment, attractions, food and beverage, etc. They would not last! Not even a few hours! I'm so sick sick sick sick of it!!
