Wish I was getting less hours. I understand that many of us go to school, but apparently I don't have enough seniority for scheduling to NOT schedule me when I CAN'T WORK!! I'm coming up on my year, maybe I should tell them that I go to SCHOOL on Friday nights, and see what they'll do; probably schedule me anyway.

That is true, however I think it might be voided for private parties...

I had a couple of really wowsers back when I was in Store Ops. The one I really wanted to strangle was the guy who stood a couple registers down from me at the Premiere Shop (the one at the end of Rocket Rods), and while I was 19 deep with guests and straining my voice to be heard over everone, he stood there, looking like he was trying to turn invisible, and every 5 minutes or so he'd say in a VERY quiet voice, "can i help anyone?" Guests actually looked at him, but he'd look away so as not to give the impression he was actually going to WAIT on them. He took breaks without telling me when he'd left or when he'd be back and when I finally had to have a lunch, he shreiked when I returned that the guests were stark raving mad and he feared for his life.
Didn't count out his register either, and thank goodness I never saw him again.

The character department tends to look at new-hires a different way.
-Oooo yeah, he's got to be a 'Miss Thang'!
-He's mine.
-I got dibs on the blonde!
-Come to Papa!
-Oooo Snow White, let me see your apples!
