March Is...

A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.

At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.

Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

That could make a great horror film, makeup that erases faces.

Does anybody remember a little comedy-horror film back in the 70s called "Arnold"? It's about this rich guy who dies before his wedding, but the terms of his will state that the wedding will go on as planned. So the bride marries Arnold's corpse. But she's got a guy on the side, and while living in Arnold's mansion, there's the peeping portrait, the shower that crushes the bride/widow and her lover, one of Arnold's suits chokes his brother when he tries it on, and the bride/widow--likely before the shower scene--uses some cold cream Arnold had given her, only to discover it eats her face. The tagline was "Arnold's a scream!"

YES! YES! YES! :D: I shall use my magical powers to make that a reality. Off to the Camera! *runs to get filming supplies*

On the topic of cheerleaders, most I know (but not all) have to wear the skimpy, tight, hideous outfits, definately meant for other body types. Add that with the Dee Snyder make up, bad attitude, and wild behaviour, you have some definately twisted sisters....

Last year there was a computition in Austrilia. It had to be cancelled. The judges told the girls to put on clothes that covered their bodies. I am guessing their clothes were to skimpy.

I saw cheer leaders in the park last week and the make up was bad enough. If I were to wear make up that heavily, I would be an eye sore. I don't wear make up because it makes my skin break out.

so, you wear mentioning if they took off the make up and there was no face, that would be great. To remove the make up, they should use Mr. Clean Eraser! Once cleaned, pass it onto another girl.

I just wonder why they have to wear all that competition style makeup and hair in the park anyway? Do they do it just to show off?

The opera company i'm with may take a trip down to the parks on one of our down days. But don't expect to see us prancing about with hair extentions and gypsy girl stage makeup.

Who wants to wear makeup to Disney anyhow? I mean... don't be a slob, but there are plenty of things there that are going to get your face wet. You're gonna get all smeared and looking like a member of Kiss or something.
