Well, popcorn and coke, would be custodial as opposed to maintenance, but popcorn is easy for anyone to clean up (so is the coke, except for the stickiness) as for the door mechanism falling off, well that's one, that I would think maintenance would be quick about.

I was mainly referring to show concerns like the one that Disney Mom pointed out, not safety and courtesy concerns.

I know Walt liked to blend in and Eisner had CMs line up for his arrival to be backdoored in, but Iger seems to be out of the spotlight, if he goes to the parks at all. He's a bit of an enigma to me- he's the CEO, but it sure seems like John Lasseter is head of everything. On that note, Lasseter seems to rarely be at the parks, too. Maybe he's hiding behind all of those crazy construction walls at DCA.

I imagine that John Lasster has a lot on his plate, what with doing his rounds at Walt Disney Animation and Walt Disney Imagineering, and of course, Pixar Animation Studios.

I can only assume, but I would think that Iger and Lasseter are both able make it out to the parks once in a while.
Oh, and speaking of the construction walls at DCA, I have to say, its great seeing work get done, and at least the walls have some graphics on them.

Anyway, yes, often there are some little show details that are off in rides, but sooner or later, the do get addressed.
And if it is something really major like something horribly malfunctioning, then a guest should report it to a CM.
(Once at POTC, I remember seeing the pooped pirate darn near having a spasm, so I reported it to a CM, they told their lead.)
