Why does this not surprise me, what with the absolute idiocracy nowadays. Some people could do with a brain.

Hey BW, that reminds me.... do you know why there are holes in the monorail beam at the exit from the contemporary? I noticed there are about 4 large holes there straight through the beam.

Thing is, they were looking at a map that had all the attraction names on it....
Wow, just... wow.

That sounds like something I'd make up just to get you riled up. I shouldn't be astonished any more at the depth of stupidity, but I am. (Who was it that said, "Make something idiot-proof and they'll just build a better idiot"? :rolleyes :)

I think it was from a Wayne Salinzky project gone wrong. (I was going to make a
Real Genius reference, but would anyone here get it if I did?

I should learn not to underestimate you all...
The movie is full of wonderful lines. Some faves:
Chris:
Let's just take a step back. No, I was wrong, I'm sorry, take a step forward. Now take a step back. Step forward. Back. And then we're cha-cha-ing!
Mitch:
You know, something strange happened to me this morning...
Chris:
Was it a dream where you see yourself standing in sort of sun-god robes on a pyramid with a thousand naked women screaming and throwing little pickles at you?
Mitch:
No...
Chris:
Why am I the only one who has that dream?
Lazlo:
How did you do?
Chris Knight:
How'd I do? I passed! But I failed! Yeah!
Lazlo:
Well then I'm happy and sad for you.

True dat!
As a programmer, you'd be amazed at how stoooopid people can get. In IT we say these people have an ID-10T problem! (yes...in front of them. The aren't smart enough to get it...)
