They are afraid of getting an Emergency Stop. As long as you pay constant attention, there is no reason for that to happen.

Instead of fear of and E stop maybe they drive slow as they are over cautious or fearful. Like the people who drive 5 below the speed limit on the freeway. Midnight and nobody is around so speed it up boys but nope they are dawdling along real slow. Maybe they are not able to handle the scenery whizzing by them and want to enjoy the view.

reading all that explanation of routs and such gave me a headache. I do know that we waited at POR for 45 mins for the bus to MK. After 4 buses to Epcot came by we decided to get on the next one, go to Epcot, then take Monorail to the Contemp. Of course just as we sat ont he bus. the MK bus pulled up, so we got off and took it instead.

Probably not as bad as the headache I had from describing it. Yes, it really is a tangled mess. Here's hoping that about February they'll change it back to standard dispatching.
