I think the OP meant "stalker". He should've laid low in Azusa. I used to live there--he would've blended right in. I think I have heard of losers holding up donut shops right in front of the cops who were taking their breaks.
I agree with one of the posters on ocregister--tot hink there are those who want to legalize drugs. Can you imagine the carnage if that happened? And I'm old enough to remember when that argument was first made. Stupid and ill-thought out then, stupid and ill -thought out now.

The fool is a one-man crime wave. Be interesting to know how he ended up with a plate in his clavicle.

As for APD and Disney security--too bad Knott's and Buena Park PD aren't that great. Especially concerning a certain incident I had with a guest when I worked there. I still think BPPD is doing a cover-up in conjunction with Knott's. That's the only reason I can think of why I never heard back or got a copy of the case record on that.

A clavicle strike is one of the few overhand strikes from a police baton, either straight, collapsable, or a PR-22 on a rotation. You CAN break it if you put too much power into the strike. I would venture a guess that it was from a prior encounter with the boys (or girls) in blue!

wait ... so are we stalking or stocking.

Stalking - following a person/thing obsessively.
Stocking - As working in a supply warehouse/women's hosiery/the thing Santa fills.

He probably told someone he wanted to go to Disneyland and they told him "You'd better rob a bank first!" :D:

"Yes, sir, but the water is fake."
