It's not flat rate for all the transfers you need to get there so long as you don't go above ground. I wasn't proposing anyone steal anything... I just thought that's how ALL subways worked.

For those others who might be wondering, transfers like that *do* work at many of the stations on the T, including all of the Red, Orange and Blue line stations. But the Green Line is only underground in the heart of the city. Eventually the lines go above ground and operate as streetcars. Some stops resemble outdoor train platforms on their own right-of-way, others are nothing more than wide medians with the train tracks going down the middle of the wide boulevard (and I think some stops are even just right in the street, but those are on branches that I don't ride).
Once you get off at one of the above-ground stops, you'd have to pay to get back on another train. (When the trains are above ground, you use a fare box next to the driver, like on a bus. At the underground stations, you pay to get into the station)

I can't stand most of the employees of businesses on 192. Their general attitude shows to be, "F*** 'em, they're tourists. We don't need their repeat business."

Some friends, my wife and I went to New York Pizza to get a bite, and when the server (I use the term loosely) came to our table, his first words were, "Salad orders, then pizza."

We weren't ready, and told him so, and he just walked off. Offended, we left without spending any money (and they had already placed waters in front of us.

If looks could kill, we'd have been vaporized with the glare that server gave us as we walked out.

I hope you got his name/description, called his manager, and gave him/her hell. If it weren't for tourists, they wouldn't have any business. And if you're a local, then it's even more important to treat others as you would have them treat you. Instead of hiring kids with attitude, they should hire older people who need the money and know what service is about.
