The policy that we aren't allowed to give someone our fund at the end of the night to count if we are on overtime. This is because they want to prevent theft.

But we're allowed to get ER'd and have someone take over our wagon and count our fund at the end of the night.

????

Sorry Bob, I guess I didn't explain my situation on this thread. I'm able sport a beard now because I'm off work. Tore my Achilles tendon last month and am off duty for the next week to six months.

Funy stuff, i checked yesterday for facial hair on CM's and a nicely no handlebar trimmed stash, no gotee or earings for guys, studs for gals, I encourage random drug tests, if only they couldnt use the needles! :p:

CMs are not allowed to accept tips, or if you refuse 3 times and they still insist, the tip has to be turned in to management. A friend who does the safari grand gathering dinner had to turn in a sizeable tip that he had gotten from guests in his group tonight. (Safari Management I believe, gives the money to the Disney Wildlife Conservation fund, so it IS going to a good cause, however, that doesn't really do much for the CMs that earn these tips ... they're not personally donating to the fund, they don't even get the tax deduction for a charitable contribution.)

(For those who don't know, the Grand Gathering is a special safari and dinner that can be reserved by groups of 8 or more staying on-property. The evening includes a "private" safari (complete with a different spiel from the regular safari), dinner, entertainment, and even a few disney character appearances.)
