So who else is coming to the party?

I still need to know who to contact just to give Disney a heads up. I figure we are going to take up at least 2 boats on POTC. :eek:

Don't worry about it. Remember, they have to deal with brazilians who take up way more than two boats at least once a day.

Disney has set guidelines for CMs who are loading rides and shows. Even if 450 people showed up they would be prepared. They just fill up each show or ride with people from your group like Bobsleds would be 8 at a time. Peter Pan would be 2 or 3 per vehicle. If a ride loads from two sides then your party may be split up so that there will be another vehicle in the middle of your party.
