I got it, too.. but don't have a clue as to what it's about.
I only skimmed it, like others here did, but then i just got back from a trip to NYC, so it was a BRIEF skim, at that.
I know I've never been denied breaks or lunch, but my problems stem from having to go from the ticket booths in the middle of the esplanade to a break room to take my break and end up getting stopped by guests to answer questions/take pictures, etc, while I'm on my "15 minute task free break"..
I'm gonna have to sit down and read the whole thing and see what it's about.

I've volunteered to give up breaks because I was needed, there was something going on that they needed all the bodies they could get, and the coordinators thanked me but sent me to break anyway. Mind you, my past is driving motor coaches, going from PDX to SFO in one seating. That's right, once my bus hit I-5, I didn't stop for anything but traffic. Ten hours, straight through, in the seat, no bathroom breaks or food that I didn't have in my backpack. If that doesn't teach you to be resourceful, I don't know what does. I can't imagine being a motor coach driver that smokes... and many do.
One time in buses, I was put on a TTC run and essentially a self-breaking position, on an eleven-hour shift. I was nine hours into it when I called Bus 17 (the coordinator) having realized I needed a break and had been out that long. When I get working, I can often lose track of time.
That's just me.

You should have worn a Motorman's Friend. They're also known as a Stadium Pal.

I actually found it when I decided to look for a "motorman's friend" to post here. I decided this find was much more humorous and I went with it ;)

All above said, plus I'll probably wind up on some
list of cm's to have "something go horribly wrong"
at a later date. I've watched it happen a few times
to others in my area that make waves or force issues.
Read it carefully, normally on a class action you send something in to get OUT of the suit, if you don't send something in you will automatically be included.
