In this day of DMCA, it is much easier and cheaper to just send a letter to the company hosting the infringing data (aka your ISP). I know peeps at Cafepress, so if you use them, it'll get taken down pretty quick :)

Very true. Cafepress will take down infringing items if they hear about them first. But a company can "cut to the chase" so to speak and sue the shopkeeper directly without ever notifying CP. I really suggest that any new shopkeeper on CP read the forum over there, especially the section on CUP (the user policy).
