There's only one problem with the above statement...none of us Florida locals HAVE a basement! It's that stupid high water table, dontcha know. I suppose I could fit a few up in the attic tho'.

Or take a cue from Disney and build a house with a basement above ground, then cover it up!!!

Maybe the locals have a summer cottage in the Adirondaks or own a warehouse that has a secret basement, northern Jersey would be a bit far, lol.

Dang, sure wish they would have done that when they built Celebration since it worked so well at MK.

Actually, I am pretty sure the cheerleaders are gone for a bit. Now, we have the Class of 2008! Gaw, seniors are getting younger and younger!

But then again, the way they built some of these places the tunnels/basements probably would have caved in....

Yep, can you imagine the homes on Eastlawn? Some are collapsing even without basements!

For a while we had an armadillo that was trying to dig us a basement under our foundation but I rousted him with red pepper and now he's working on our neighbor's place.
