I left after getting just an AA degree, then went back to get my BA at 34. I wasn't ready for it at 20, I was fourteen years (and a change of major) later.

At work we talk about making "high quality errors". Those are the ones where you follow your heart, then have to fall back and try again when you have a change of heart (or just more data). This is a better class of error than following the advice of others, because their advice won't change, no matter how badly it matches your needs.

Just remember to invest some small fraction of your income, even when on minimum wage. Even 1% of your income saved over time will permit much greater flexibility later in life.

From what I've met of you, this is a wise decision for you, and I wouldn't just say that to anyone. I saw how you lit up when Elena and Elyse... I'll save that for them to tell. But you are a Cast Member, and as you may have seen here, I don't just call anyone that. While it may be at just above slave wages, it really is a very high position to be a Cast Member. You are what so many dream of being, and I can tell from what I know of you that you exceed what most look for in Cast. True, I have not seen you in action on stage yet, but I don't need that to know. You have the mindset.

To be what I call a Cast Member and not just a guest-facing employee of Disney you have to be awesome.

I wouldn't loan my nametag to just anyone who needs it. I don't know of any other _____ from ________, __ who works for Disney, and your actions could possibly get back to me.

LOL, thanks BW, I was thinking the same thing when I put on your Nametag...

As for what the BL's did, I still consider that among my most prized possessions. ;)

Now if only I could get management to realize that...
