Maybe Susi will get one when she moves here.

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Go, read, be amazed at the pretty artwork and witty writing. :)

Sure, it's an odd pairing... but it grows on you. :p:

4 MPH on the surface and 2 MPH submerged isn't really all that fast!

But then again, Hobie could use one to get to Disneyland!!!

Yea, but where is he gonna find a gas station or a rest area along the way? Maybe if they made an RV version with a deployable sail to save on gas. :D:

I saw on TV one time a real life RV that is amphibious.

UGH! This is the last thing I need! I can't get my van to start this morning. It has power and will and the starter clicks but the engine won't turn over.

As there's nobody around this complex who can jump me this early, especially with my van where it is, I had to call AAA. Hopefully they can get me jumped off because otherwise they'll have to tow me to the shop.

I got a AAA center in a different region but the operator was going to send the request to the local center who is going to call me back. Hopefully it won't take long for them to get here as I'm late for work as it is.

The company that got the service call from AAA called me a few minutes ago. According to the lady there her tow truck drivers are slow going getting into their trucks this morning. Her service truck driver (does jumps and all I guess) is going to come by and see if I can be jumped off when he gets done with the call he is on now if none of the tow drivers are ready to go before then.

She said that according to him usually a vehicle with my symptoms can be jumped. I hope so. If it'll jump I'll go straight to work and buy a new battery while there.

The service truck just got here. The van won't jump, the starter isn't even pulling any power.

In about 20 minutes a tow truck should arrive and I'm having them take the van to a shop that is right down the road from work that we deliver a lot of parts to and where I know everybody. I'll drop the van off and if I can't get the tow truck driver to drop me at work I'll get either someone at the shop to take me or I'll call the store and they'll come and get me.

Was that "monster garage"? I used to watch it when I could catch it on the weekends, that made some totally cool vehicles!!
