well, the DMV ruled it's a "SkyCar" and said you need a pilot's license. the FAA classified it as a personal aircraft. these guys are no fun. and the brochure says, the FAA made them mod the comupter so it wont fly in commerial air space. wierd, I don't think 100 feet will bother those craft much.

Thats one of the early Moller International vehicles M200X http://www.moller.com/ They are a local company, we have moved one of the prototypes several times for them to various events, in fact we are supposed to move it March 18th for an event here in town. I have a couple of pics of the prototype on one of my trucks on our company website at http://www.johnnyservice.com in the towing section. Neat vehicles.
