I got burned once or twice by a smoker, once they flicked out a cigarette on my shoe and there is still a huge burn on it. It may be time to trade them in for a new pair...

On the smoking thing, at M: S, we had a fire in the trashcan right at the entrance because a SG threw their lit cigarette away when a CM told them they couldn't smoke there.

As a parent with quite a few of them... $15.

It never would have occurred to me they might bother someone. I know now not to let DD use hers at night.

We are never at DLR after dark... We use them for Dr. appts and on airplanes.

I have one of the twirly things and they use two AA batteries. And no I did not get it to annoy others but to take apart and examine. How do you think I come up with some of my way out designs. I take a bit of this and a bit of that. :D:

Not yet, but I'll add that to the list of future projects. ;) :D: The biggest problem is I may have been accused of being a dog in my younger years but I don't think it would work to have a pet boy "Shermin". A single older male with a pet boy might be misunderstood.

I remember Zazu telling us about one time when he was conducting the railroad he had to tell somebody to put out a cigarette and the guy just threw the lit cigarette out of the train. Zazu e-stopped the train, hopped down, injuring himself because he forgot about the extra height as they weren't at a platform, and limped over to where the cigarette landed. It landed in a pile of dry leaves which had started smoldering and if he hadn't put it out there would have been a bad fire.
