And then think of the chemicals. Due to constantly changing and sometimes contradictory emotional stimuli, the body is induced to release an alphabet soup of hormones into the body which may have undesirable effects due to unforseen chemical interactions.

It always amazes me when people come in asking for comps or something similar because they "got injured" in the parks, but when we explain that they need to be checked out by first aid first, they refuse. It's not because we don't trust them, honestly. It's because if they DID get injured, we need to know exactly how and how badly so we can look into fixing it. PLUS, it's for the guest so that if they DO end up taking legal action following an injury, there's a record of the guest being checked out before they left the park that day.
But NOOOOO, they were injured badly enough that they need to threaten legal action against Disneyland, but not badly enough to take 10 minutes to let a nurse check them out and give them an ice pack or some tylenol. Amazing.
