Wait wait wait. No, if you want to see the trashiest people on the planet, you go to a Wal-Mart
near Disney World. Holy cow! I mean, I saw some amazing pieces in Portland, with the tweaker population there (Meth capitol of the United States), but some of the people that come in here are unreal. I loved the family I was behind in line the other night where everyone was wearing camouflage and all the kids had buzz cuts, including the 12-14 year-old girl

. Now, I've mentioned before that I buzz my head to cover my bald spot, but buzzing your daughter? Mind you, she had been younger, I might have thought she was a boy, but I was completely appalled. It wasn't a situation where her hair had come out for apparent medical reasons, I mean her parents had obviously buzzed her head. Buzz cut the boys, no problems, but your daughter? I hate to imagine how things were at home. Add to the fact the way the kids behaved, and it just made for one of those moments where I wanted to go in the bathroom and wash my hands just for the fact I had been within six feet of them.

OMG that Walmart is TERRIBLE!!! It's a zoo all of the time! Even when I get off of EMH nights and it is 12:30 in the morning. People are screaming, swearing, pushing. Ugh... I went there once just to get ankle socks so I could wear my dinky Land shorts. That was the worst half hour of the summer! I took my nametag off but people could still tell I was a CM. They would treat me like shit! One woman cut in front of me in line and when I politely mentioned I had been waiting, she said she was going to complain to Disney about me! Didn't she realize that, one I was very polite, two I was right, and three I wasn't on Disney Property... She said that my job is to make her feel welcome, and because of those extra five minutes it took for me to go first she was offended. I don't know if she had knocked too many back but she was just out of her mind!

You sure it was his daughter and not a "co-wife"? I had to interview a survivalist once about something he saw, creepiest feeling ever. His house had EVERYTHING camo. Seat covers, etc. And the Antler light fixtures was really crazy. Looked like the inside of a sporting goods catalog!
wouldn't let his family in the room while I was there. He said he didn't want outsiders to know too much about him and his family!!!

Which Walmart are you talking about. The one at 192/27 interchange, the one in Kissimmee, or the one south of the Crossroads, or any other in the area that I haven't found yet?
In case you hadn't figured it out, I visit Walmart while on vacation. I always plan on forgetting something and plan on making at least one Wal run within a day or two of arrival. And there will be others in the later week(s) of the visit when something goes wrong (leaking air mattress, need more tent stakes, etc.).

It's been a while but I am pretty sure it is the one in Kissimmee. I lived off 535 and that was the one that was closest to me.

Either Kissimmee location works for what I was saying, but this particular incident was at the 535 location.

Great, I guess I will have to be on the lookout for more crazies when I get back down there. Good morning to you Wallaby, no Safari this morning? I could go for a sunrise safari as opposed to sitting in the JFK Admiral's Club.
