Stupid Guest Tricks

So a few things I'm not clear about... Was it an adult or juvie that punched her? Was it a guest? If it was a guest kid, I don't know if anything can really be done to make the miserable little twit get what he deserves.

If nothing else, find out who it is and embaress the heck out of him, or have CM sue the parents for medical expenses, pain, and suffering!!

I am not 100% on the details as they are through the grapevine except I know it happened, it was a teenager, and they got away. Either way that little shit assaulted a complete stranger and hurt her in more ways than he could know. And Why? I am sure she is ok physically, as for emotionally it's doubtful. If I see her when I go back I will give you an update, but I am not going to drag it up unless she says something, out of respect for her privacy.

No, please don't broach the subject with her.. I was referring to any "offical" or release info or news about the CM. I was hoping she would file a complaint so that the police and Disney Security could try and track him down!!

I hate to say it, but if you commit a crime in the US, you're likely to get away with it. Something this old and relatively minor (not to downplay it...It's terrible and I'm not trying to offend anyone, I'm just saying the cops might not care as much as we do), you'd have a hard time finding a lead let alone the criminal. I just have trouble believing the cops would invest much time looking for the little bastard.

On the other hand, I've had this same conversation about other minor infractions with my roommate and he has made the very valid point "how do you know there's nothing they can do until you at least *try* to pursue it?" So you're right, Grumpy, it should be reported, but I wouldn't get the girl's hopes up of the kid getting his due publicly.
