They're assisting APs who have offshore numbered accounts move money around so they can afford to buy lots of Disney stuff with their discount.

Ha, ha, suckers! There couldn't possibly be hundreds of sons of deposed and murdered Nigerian generals with millions of $$ just waiting to be claimed!!! There's only one, and his money is mine, as soon as I wire over a few thousand dollars for the administrative fees.

Susi-- The park itself is open until Midnight, so the bank is open as long as there are people in the park or ONE HOUR past closing, whichever comes first.
