I saw the movie opening night and it was AMAZING.
It made fun of itself, but in a charming way. Not a shrek way.
If little girls are having idenity crisis's the parents are to blame, as they should be balancing the "evils of the world" with true perception.
I grew up in the era of TLM and BATB and Aladdin and I dont have a complex.
In fact Im a costumer, and am currently making Giselles wedding dress for me to wear to Pirates and Princesses next year. I dont have a body complex, I'm *GASP* plus size, and loooove my body and my looks.
Maybe its because I had *gasp* positive reinforcement from my parents. on top of wanting to be a mermaid, and having a crush on gaston (growing up)
