Hey, if you think of me that way, that's fine. I don't mind having one person annoyed by my show, because that's one of the 80 that I had on board, and the rest clapped and cheered. I have to look at the numbers and how many people enjoyed the show. The ones who didn't were welcome to leave at any time during the trip. Just head out the roof hatch, onto the smoking section of the bus. I stated as we were leaving, in no uncertain terms, what would happen: We would be showing Gone With the Wind.

Sounds good to me :p: . Wait, you said they were 17. Never mind.

p.s. I hope you had a fabulous time nonetheless. :D:

I have discovered that my best bet is to sit back and let my nine year old "pwn" rude teenagers. He was seven when he managed, through shock and disapproval, to humiliate a group of teenaged girls into shutting up at the theatre. He did NOT want to hear them during Wicked. :D: Nothing like being put in your place by a second grader.

Just guessing from the context it is probably a text messaging term for "putting them in their place" or using peer pressure to slap down an errant person or group.

Of course, since I am now offically an "old fart" and I am one of those annoying people who still belive that a phone is a device for talking to people at a distance just long enough to make arrangements to meet face to face so a conversation can be held, I don't have any clue to how to even read text messages in clear english, much less the highly obscured and abbreviated stuff that is common on phones. ;)

I think I must be one of the few people in the world to actually use full words and complete sentences (with punctuation) in my text messages... Or at least full sentence fragments. :) I can type out pretty quickly on my phone using the T9 way of typing, and it's just easier.

I act the same way in texting. I use complete sentences and words.
