Thanks, Polar, for the hard work of getting the site back up, and thanks as well to your reinforcements, but not as much as we thank you.

I was not up early this morning because I was up late early this morning working at PI. So that's why I wasn't here like some of the rest of you.

We need a kowtowing to Polar smile. What does Polar look like?

Thanks for reminding me I need to update the few threads I bookmarked. I usually save threads by subscribing to them but a few, like the Acronym thread, I bookmarked.

It was a little annoying this morning when I loaded the links in the few emails I recieved about thread updates that the links were bad.

I also had to change the filter I use to mark the emails as the address used to send them is different now.

EDIT:

Now I'm cussing. I search for the subject of the threads I bookmarked and get told:
Stupid Search Engine wrote:Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.

The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search :
The words not included are the main words of the subject! I just tried searching for "Acronyms, Codes, and Other Terms" and got told the "Other" wasn't searched for and got the same error but I search for just "Acronyms" and find the thread (along with a lot of others). If I can find the thread searching for "Acronyms" shouldn't I be able to find it searching for the entire subject?

The other threads I'm looking for are "New CM, well almost" (with "New, well, almost" removed, the entire subject nearly) and "What have attractions been called?" (with "What, have, been"). I know that if I search for just "CM" or "attractions" I would wind up with a million results to sort through.

I just noticed and tried the calendar at the top of the window. Very cool addition.

Well, I'm disappointed. I was under the impression that the new software would offer cash incentives for high-volume posters, as well as free drink coupons for darph. :D:

j/k. Great work, Polar. I missed SGT!!!

I've never met Polar, but I've always assumed he looks something like this: :bipolar:
