I propose charging her for all the comps that City Hall probably had to give all the other guests that complained. Or at the least City Hall should have gotten her name and address and given it to every guest that complained about the evac.

As a nurse, my first thought is, OK, Lady, let's take you to first aid now to check your actual blood glucose level (I am assuming the Disney nurses have a glucometer, and possibly some insulin on hand). If that one wasn't good enough, I would offer to call 911 and have someone escort her to the exit of the park where an ambulance could transport her to the nearest hospital (maybe her insurance will cover it.Maybe.)
I can't imagine the CM would be responsible for anything else. The Purse could be recovered after closing.

What the Guest did was utterly stupid, but I have a technical question...
Why did they have to E-stop and evac the other Guests from Indy? If they knew they were going to have to shut it down, why not just start cycling empty jeeps through the attraction until all the Guests were off and then shut it down/E-stop it like they do at the end of the night? Doing so would only take what, like 5 minutes? (The length of one complete ride-through)

FYI, this happened at Disneyland. WDW doesn't have an Indy ride

It's from a Board X story, accuracy generally gets lost a bit. Then again, some panicked newbie might just mash the party button with that little prompt anyway, I sorta did once but it was a confused and stupid guest, not an irate one. Or, she might've decided that jumping onto the track to go run and get something would be a good idea, THAT has most certainly happened with probably every attraction at some point.
I saw a lady jump into the Dumbo fountain when her camera fell in. Kinda funny.

I seen it happen all the time in the Astro Orbitor pit. Someone dropped something, or a little kid would happen to jump in, and I would power down just in case. Stupid people!

What a hoe!
The best thing to deal with this is just cycle the attraction out and then e-stop it. Then you wouldn't have to evac people. Thats not the point though, stupid lady.
We had some idiot kid pull the same crap at tower of terror. He lost his $75 storm trooper helmet on Tower. The kid said he had it between his legs and that it flew out. The case being it was down in the pit. The mother wanted us to stop the ride so we could get it. The mangers ended stopping one the shafts and getting it. The helmet was ripped to shreds. The mother expected some sort of compensation for the $75 helmet. However, we had the picture from his ride and the idiot had it on top of his head.

This sort of thing happened at Peter Pan a few months ago. Guest dropped his $1000 designer sunglasses in the ride. He asked Unload CM how he could get them back. Unload replied that we walk though at the end of the night and collect any lost items and bring them to lost and found. Wasn't a good enough answer for him. He walks down the exit, opens the door to Pan CDS (Our break room, Cast Members Only sign on the door and all) and proclaims "I lost my singlasses on the ride. What is the procedure now?" Well all of us on break pretty much tell him to leave in the "nicest" way possible  . One CM then stands by the door to keep him from coming back in... he keeps knocking. We call a manager and all that. SG wants us to stop PETER PAN in the middle of the day (70 minute standby, 20 minute FP) to go look for SUNGLASSES. Manager tells him no way, come back when we close and we'll go find them for you. Well, durring the walkthrough we found a total of 4 sunglasses, a single shoe, and 2 dollars in change. His sunglasses ended up under one of the cars going into london. Took us 15 minuteswith 3 CMs doing the walkthrough to find them so imagine if we had shut down the attraction to look for them.
How selfish people can be...

Reminds me of when it snowed in Malibu years ago. Half the residents were calling for the Porsche paramedics; the other half were clearing driveways with their noses.
