Snaps to Donald Duck who I got to work with a couple of nights ago. I tend to be fairly obnoxious with Donald (in a playful sense), and Donald was just really on top of it that night. To say that we had a blast picking on each other would be an understatement. We closed out the day with a playful slap-fight that ended up in a big, giggling hug. Thanks Donald for helping make the day a ton of fun- not just for me but also for the guests that were watching us and laughing as we went at it. Great show!

Snappies to Teresa for handling two really obnoxious jr. high age boys who had no business being guests without their parents. She put them in their place to the point where they ashamedly went to the very end of the line after trying to cut in front.

Very cool post from a cool poster. 
DCA has amazing CMs! They really give 100% friendship & always try to give great guest service. Most DCA leads & managers are fair, easy to work with, & also extremely kind. It's GOOD to read something positive abt DCA!! Props & Snaps to BirdMom for thoughtful snappiess to DCA. :)

this is a bit of an old snap, but I gotta give it out. Snaps to the extremely pleasant CM phone operator on WDW-CAST for helping me make a super reservation a few weeks ago at a hotel. Usually when I call WDW-CAST I get someone that doesnt really care and shows little enthusiasm. But she was really good and luckily I was "chosen" to take the survey at the end, so I rated her well. Asked me about my job location, had a short convo, appoligized for the short delay in searching for available rooms, and let me know I could get French Quarter for less than Pop Century which was awsome. All with an extremely cheery tone which personally brightened my day (had to work Night of Joy and didn't really want to make my commute at 2am)
