Naw, I'd say you handled it just right.

People who deliberately destroy the magic for other guests lose some rights, and the right to ask frightening questions is a pretty minor one.

That really is pretty sick of a thing to do, I guess what upsets me the most though is it doesn't even surprise me. Does it really make your day that much better by ruining someone else's?

All you could have done different was pay attention to the little girl more and focus only on her but then he would have had a fit. It would have freaked out the poor kid if you tossed the dude out of the monorail.

I have had a family member on a trip innocently say something while I was driving a camper and I freaked out. They are everywhere and it is sad that they get their thrills out of hurting people and animals. This is a learned way of life where they get positive feelings out of the pain of others.

You did good. Try keeping stickers with you as kids will do almost anything with stickers.

Especially CMs with stickers since it is okay to take stuff from CMs. You can build a whole spiel off the stickers.

Princess Sticker: Talk about the castle and princess that the girl is going to see. She will get rapped up in you talking that they forget why they were scared or upset.

Mickey and Friends: You can talk about the park, toontown, Mickey's house and more. Ask if they plan to see Mickey in park.

I used to carry stickers and one kid was very upset and in less that a minute was so rapped up in the stickers that it forgot the thing that upset it. They are cheap and fit in a pocket.

Oooo..i so wish i could show you toontown at DL churchy. It's sooooo cool. It's more what toontown SHOULD look like than the one they have at WDW. Everything is oversized and it's like walking into a cartoon when you enter.

I think you would enjoy it alot.

Since they had to have illegally opened your cab door, couldn't you have had security haul them off??? hehe

have the officials rip up their tickets for endangering the lives of 300 guests on the monorail! (i know its dramatic, but heck the SGs want a show, give it to them!) better yet have jr banned from the park for a year or ten.

actually since there has to be some sort of federal law against attempting to hijack public transportation, (which you could certainly make the case for since they entered your cab illegally when you were about to leave) call homeland security on him... send him down to cuba for a couple years.... lol.
