Good place: In the restrooms by columbia harbor house
Bad Place: In the only empty parking space in the f-sky stroller parking lot. No more then 150 feet from the restrooms.
Its a weekly occurance...

Horribly disgusting place?
At the table next to us at Sunshine Seasons in the Land (WDW), while we were eating, and it was a gross, ickey, smelly, one too!
