Too funny! But... I'd wager that somehow, somewhere along the line, someone who picked or at least knew about the name must have realized and said, "I wonder if we can get away with this..."
That's my guess anyway. I mean, front line CM's can't have a monopoly on twisted thinking, can they? Gotta be some dirty-minded imagineers, too.
