Slightly off topic - Did anyone ask if it was an official NFL film?

Back on topic - Please note that Stupid Guests are not those that innocently ask "Where's the closest restroom?" when they are right is front of it (they are sometimes themed in and in a crowd might go unnoticed as you walk by), but those that demand "Where can I take a p***" in front of young kids. CM's are your friends; talk to them as such and they'll cut you a lot of slack before lableing you a SG.

that towel thing is too funny!

Brad - just read the article.... the thing I'm going to do more of is write down the good moments. Two years ago I sent a letter in about a CM who went way out of his way for us... I vow to do more of that this year, and give as much detail as I can.

Believe me when I tell you - the good stuff happens ALL the time and it will make me feel like I'm paying back to make sure I pass that word along.
