Update:
I sent an email and actually got a real, not "Canned" answer thanking me for my comments and stating that the feedback would be relayed. Hopefully this means kudos to the wonderful CM.

Except I do. And I understood every word and neither she nor her kid ever said "lo siento" and since when does language have anything to do with letting your kid hit people?
I woulda slapped the kid back! Ok not really, but I woulda given him hell. I have limited patience for idiots outside of work.
Tonight at work, it was that quiet last hour before we close. Only a mom and her two KIDS FROM HELL in the store. Her kids got into everything. Not the usual touchy, feely kind of kid, but the ones that take the merchandise and WHACK it on the ground or on his brother. Finally, I glowered at the kids and said, "You break it, you buy it kid." I mean, why would you try to pry closed containers open on the shelf?!? The woman had no control over her kids at all. I spent more time watching her kids then she did...
After they left I found a broken YuGiOh box with strap and pin inside said box completely broken. So I charged it to her account.
I'm all for providing great customer service but malicious defacing of product crosses the line. Any further and I would have kicked them out.
