Shall we agree that any judge that seems to "take the law into his or her own hands" is to be considered an activist judge ?

Don't know if you guys are aware of this or not, but a few years ago they did dozens of tests on the effects of sugar on people, and of all the things that sugar has been accused of doing over the years, like cause acne, obesity, hyperactivity, cavities, diabetes, etc., they found that of all those things, the only thing that sugar can be blamed for causing was cavities. Acne is caused by hormones and heredity; obesity, by too many calories (source is irrelevant) and not enough exercise; hyperactivity after eating sugar is due to kids being naturally active and easily bored. Diabetes is caused by heredity, chances of getting it are increased by obesity. As for cavities, the sugar on the teeth produces an acid that eats away the enamel, causing a cavities. If you're gonna eat sugar, brush immediately afterward. Or eat an apple. The two worst things for your teeth are raisins and fudge. The raisins are the worst of the two because they really stick to your teeth.

And, recent research shows that chocolate is the best type of candy to eat. It doesn't stick to your teeth and has anti-oxidants.
There IS a god!

I thought it was
dark chocolate that has the anti-oxidants?

Probably. Besides, isn't white chocolate an oxymoron?

This may be a little OT, but on the subject of chocolate being good for you....
I once had a science class in college where we were discussing "Whey" as protein in food. All I had in my bookbag was a bag of Tootsie Rolls. Sure enough, it has Whey in it! :)
Now, whenever I grab a Tootsie Roll from a co-worker's candy dish, I just claim I'm here for my daily requirement of protein. :D:
(P.S.: At the time, my professor only begrudgingly agreed with me, on the grounds it was listed, but he still considered it to be a technicality. Hey, still works.)
