They have City & State, with the exception of the ones issued to CP's. Have seen some of those with the college/university that they attend. And......................the name tags have better engraving of name and city/state :D:

I think the clouds around the castle look like a smudge on the name tag.

There's also a color variation on the name tags... some have a blueish tint to the clouds, while some have grey clouds. I'll have to check out the name tags that say "Los Angeles, CA" on them to see what color the clouds are. :D:

Aww, Polar but I know where you live. In the happiest place on earth, right? And you hired in the year 2006. LOL

But that does scare me. Soon there'll be a black strip on the tag that guests (or anyone really ) can swipe a gun at it will tell ALL your personal info, including marital stats, sexual pref., directions to your house, and your fav. foods. EWWWW...I just scared myself.

When I called to make changes to my 401k the two peices of information they asked to varify who I was were the year I hired in and my zip code. Two pieces of information that are now public knowledge thanks to Disney. Maybe next year they'll just print everyone's SSN on the nametag.
You could have just as easily left it at the default "Anaheim, CA" or even faked a hometown. Just the easiest of paranoia solving thoughts I can muster at this hour...

Agree with you Polar33! The less info on my nametag the better. Am not running from the law ]

SG: ooh ooh you are from my father's first wife's brother's third grade teacher's cousin's home town.

SG: I grew up in that town.........................
CM smiles and is polite while the line grows longer and the ride finally comes to a stand still. That or maybe it is a waitress and all her customers are fuming because of the wait.

I hope the do not put you mother's maiden name and the place you when to school on there next.

I don't like the idea of the University on the tags, especially if it's a small one. Seems it could be to easy to find that person when their time is up with Disney. I'd be paranoid of that if I was on the CP.

Yes, this was a pondered thought by many. I feel those CMs who really cared didn't want the Anaheim default as it may have indicated an "I don't care, lazy" attitude. There are many of us who do read info, want to conform, submit our data on time, & go the extra mile as CMs. Doubt much more info will be placed on our name tags. Think Disney will simply microchip us all in the near future. CFA will scan CMs regularly.

That's why I also suggested a fake hometown. I don't think they're going to go through everyone's birth records to check if it's true or false. (and after seeing some nametags, it's obvious some did).
