That exchange in a way would remind me of when I worked at Knott's and was running the Charlie Brown Speedway. I'd tell people only two people in the cars, and even the native English-speaking, old-enough-to-know-better, non-hearing-impaired would still try to fit three--or more!--people in the cars! Hello, people, they are supposed to be race cars, not clown cars!
