I did that once working at Knott's Berry Farm. I know with the new HASP proticol we've had a few cast members forget to tag back in once they have returned from the track. I once had to track down a manager who had a key to TTA after an evac, she was in one of the merch stores talking to a guest, made for a good laugh though!
