my dad does woodworking, not as a buisness but for building junk around the house

and for a couple years i was wondering that, and why are there sooo many wrenches, and screwdrivers, cant they all have the same size

now that im more grown up i know what it is and dont wonder where those people in the tv go

i found that out recently by watching The Cosby Show

the little people in the tv are hiding around in their own stage and when they get hungery they play a food commercial and thats what they get to eat, if i were in the tv then i would with there were all Outback Steakhouse commercials

Actually, this one isn't as stoopid as it sounds. For some time now, plywood has been manufactured to metric dimensions and sold as the slightly thicker inch size. There's a lot of 15/32" and 12mm plywood out there masquerading as 1/2". For some jobs, that 1/32" matters.

So now you know... the *rest* of the story!

Hi all!! As a newbie and a guest, it makes me cringe to see what people put you through. I have worked retail, my sister waited tables for years, and my cousin is a CM, so I go out of my way to be friendly to all CM's at WDW, because I have somewhat of an inkling of what you go through every day.

I have also been abused by other guests in line for buses (once I was 7 months pregnant and was knocked to the ground by a "grandma" pushing in front of my hubby and I). I am big on "killing them with kindness", nothing like a smile and a syrupy voice to REALLY irk someone.

So a thanks for doing what you do and managing to stay sane. My cousin is on EE now, so I am sure her stories of abuse/stupidity should be heating up (makes me want to cry :( ).

In the beginning of May, we will be the friendly family, with the 4 polite, supervised kids, driving the strollers respectfully and parking them in an actual stroller parking area, NOT leaving a mess at the restaurants, and tipping well!!!!! We shouldn't be hard to miss, considering the way most people act. :D:

Not all of us think you should kiss our a**** and we can actually read a map!! LOL

Love the site! Since CM's cannot get upset onstage, I sometimes wondered if you all abhored the guest behavior as much as we do....I don't know how you keep from strangling people.

My worst guest experience is when a guest made me feel stupid. Anyone have that happen to them?? I was at Buzz Greeter, recently coming back up from an hour and a half down time. Our standby and fast pass line were long. A lady come up with a GAC to bypass a line, the double headed arrows. I pointed to the Fastpass line, she ws in disbelief that she had to wait in that long of a line. She said she can't wait in that line because her child as autism. She then asks me if I know what that is, and I replied yes! She asks me what it was?? I started to go, "Autsim is a condition with sudden outbursts....", then she finishes my sentence with "of aggression". At that point, she made me feel stupid. That just pisses me off. So, she proceeds to wait. She acted like I knew nothing. She then says that if if her kids starts hitting other people, she will say that I told her to wait in that line, as if it is my fault.

Actually, that's not true. My son is autistic and he doesn't have violent outbursts like that. Granted, there are many degrees of it but what she said to you was bullshit. If her son was that severe, taking him to a theme park is not smart. It took a long time for my son to be able to handle all the sensory overload. We had to do it gradually. Just another case of parents not being parents. It irks me so much.

Zazu, I am so sorry to laugh at your expense, but your bloody story made me laugh so hard that my stomach hurts!

Actually, it's the Disney grapevine part your managers heard that made me laugh. I can only imagine a half-roasted blue bird fighting huge flames burning down Adventureland...  :) :p:

You may as well. Everyone else has. It's not like I didn't post the story myself!

I like your smilie, but it was much better in my imagination! ;)

It could be an idea for The Lion King 4 - Zazu's heroic Adventure...
