Why are they going to make 75th anniversary nametags diamond crusted...look at how cheap this company has sadly become as it is...i think the nametags would have been cooler if they were like the original nametags from the park opening...a whole bunch of other things are going back to the original...why not nametags?

AP at the tolls: "What do you mean I can't use my husband's pass for parking?I paid for him to have the parking on it!"
Me: "Well, you see right there?Non-transferable!"
AP: "What is this ten dollars going to mean to Disney? Can't you just give it to me this time?I mean, come on...I pay your paychecks!!!"
:ducks: closest things I could find to sheep...and that's what they all are
:rip: this is to all the APs out there that want to get us all fired...just the mean ones tho

Actually, the original name tags didn't have names, but the cm's employee number. Wouldn't want to be known by an 8 digit number, but then again, it would be harder for a guest to remember a bunch of numbers when they had a complaint about you!!! :D:

oh...i know that you were kidding about the diamond encrusted nametags...i was serious about the cheapness...but they would be pretty...and the originals really only had the employee number? sometimes...im sorry...i really do wonder about walt disney...i mean...the casting for CMs...how perfect they had to be and they weren't even known by their own names????

Gold 50th really are cheap  My pin is bent & almost broken. Absolutely did not abuse it!! Oh well, back to my 01 white & blue pin until more blanks arrive. Team Center is hoping replacements arrive mid June

yea i noticed that whenever you get a name tag reguardless of where u work im usually disappointed....its typically cheap plastic with the pin part glued on "professionally" and they stamp ur name into it.....when i got one working at the Presidio of SF i was pleasently surprised when it was made of brass with my name etched and coloured with enamel...now that was a nice name tag...and best part, it was free!! :D: :D:

ya know... i never really had many stories of the Presidio... except that when it was a military base, my dad got a ticket from the military police... that was interesting to say the least... i know this is a bit off topic but it is kinda erie driving through the base at night... its dimly lit and theres a big military cemetary in the middle which is freaky... though its really interesting to walk throught he head stones, in daylight of course :D: :D: . i heard about the old letterman hospital being haunted, but that was torn down recently and build on top of by the new lucas studios... its a really cool lookin building... not sure what else though... its really creepy when the fog rolls in and its still dark then u get the feeling that someone or thing is followin you :D: GMC would probably enjoy the presidio :D: :D:
