Nice to know you have respect for others
Hate to see what you're like around that person.
Word of advice, watch your ways simply because you have no idea who might be reading these boards. It could even be the manager or lead your ticked at, which in turn, Karma will return the favor against you. Trust me, I've been around the mouse house long enough to see it happen plenty of times.
My two cents is this, in my dealings with the company, I've noticed that until you have at least three to five years senority in a certain area, you have nothing to work with.
(Not to brag in the next section)
However, when I came to Coaster, I quickly established myself in the crew as someone who is willing to bust their ass to get what needs to be done, done. Hell, there are times when I'll come in way early in the morning (provided scheduling messed up and gave me an 8:30 am shift instead of my 7 am shift) simply to see if management wanted me to get everything set up in the morning, something that the 8:30 is too reluctant to do, because God forbid we have to do work when we're on the clock, even if it is at 8:30 in the morning. Heck, I've even opened the building (With the other two openers) and when a certain manager is there, she can walk into Launch Base, look and me and all that will be said is from me to her, "Half or full que" (Meaning how much of the extended que does she want up), I'll finish opening the building, go outside, set the que up and go right back inside and take over launch base again.
The point of that is do things that will make management notice you for what you can do, and not what you hate doing. When they see that you're willing to step up to the plate, they'll begin to help you out and listen to your requests better. True there are some managers that hate everyone, if you get anywhere with them, you're one of the few that can join the lucky club (for lack of better terms). However, there are also those that will instantly step back and ask what you would like to have changed in your situation.
The overall point of this is, despite the topic being what ticks you off about management, there are times when simply dealing with it and figuring out what you can do to turn that into a positive situation that will ultimately help yourself out in the long run is the best way to go.
Ok, so you didn't like the location. Simple enough, balance the positives and the negatives of your situation. However, saying that there aren't and postives to working that location is a cop out and, at least to me, shows that you don't care for it and you'd rather complain about the situation than look at it and make it even the slightest bit worth doing.
Think about it. You'd be surprised that doing the slightest thing will change your situation beyond anything you thought possible.
