Excellent, quality time with Disneymom and hubby! Fun people! We love you. Can't wait to see you. Glad to hear you are feeling better too, have not gotten to answering my emails yet! ;) I am so glad to get to spend time with you! I will bring pins this trip! :D: After not bringing them last time, it was sad not to be able to do some trading, tho you were so kind to do some trades with me with your pins! That was so sweet and cool!
I will have pins for you and hubby too as usual! I will try to fit all your presents in my suitcase too, have so many souvenirs and pictures to give you now...I am so lame for not getting the stuff to you before this.
Can't wait to see you!

So I just realized that I'm heading to Vegas the weekend of the 17th. So, you all might have to find me when I'm working to meet. We'll see what I'm scheduled when it gets closer.

No it was too hot to ship them from here. They would have melted before you got them, ask Disneymom about melting chocolate...heheheWhazzup wrote:Hey Susi - Whatever happened to the chocolate covered potato chips?Did Ralphie eat them all?? :D:
She shipped some chocolate to us from CA and it was completely destroyed when it got here. I was waiting for cooler weather to ship it. It is going to be back up in the 90's again this week here. But I WILL send them when it cools down. Thye will be better if they are intact! And if I do get the choc. coverd bacon, I will add some of that into the pkg as well.
It is coming!
Looking forward to outrtrip to CA! Need to get away again!

[font="Palatino Linotype"]if elyse and i can make it at all it would be on the 17th...friday is about as close to the weekend as we get (unless it's a special day...like bats day...that's goth day...an unofficial event that disneyland allows...it's been moved this year from august to november...i guess some of the goths thought wearing all that black was just too much for late august...and here i thought the art of goth was to look cool no matter how hot it was

Re: Oops...I did it again...
Reminds me of when we were kids, my grandparents in PA used to send us candy at Easter and Christmas. One year, the Easter candy arrived, having melted and re-solidified; the Easter grass was mixed witht he candy. So we had to pick the Easter grass out of the candy and check it carefully before we ate it. Another year, our Christmas candy arrived and their were tiny spiderwebs in it. I carefully removed the webs, checked each piece, then ate it. I let my parents know, and I think mom called her parents to let them know, so they could tell See's about it. At Easter it was, I think, an assortment of local candy, and Christmas, they ordered from See's , which at that time was exclusively in CA. For our birthdays, we got five dollars for what my grandma called "ice cream soda money." All my grandparents are gone now; I miss those childhood times when relatives gave us nice things.
