18 hours to departure!
Well folks.. GrUvGrL, the Kidlets and I are all packed and counting down the hours....
I have no doubt we will come across one or more of the fine CM's of this forum, and while we won't know you, and you won't know us, i sincerely hope that our crossing is pleasant and filled with Magic! (i am dreading coming back home and reading about myself on these pages!!! )
Keep an eye out for the happiest family in the parks.. that's probably us :)
So if ya see a Big Silver Montana with Ontario Plates looking like it was attacked by the Disney Sticker Fairy (a distant cousin of Tinkerbell?!?!) That's prolly us.. give a honk and a wave!
And thanks for all the tips on how NOT to be a SG..

Wear your SGT swag if you want us to recognize you.
Got no SGT swag yet? Just put a sticker on your shirt or hat with the initials "SGT". We'll figure it out.

What a great way to travel to WDW! I hope none of your stickers or magnets disappear in the parking lot.
Have a safe trip and a magical time, and give us a full report with lots of SG stories when you get back.

Looks great! I tried to do that to our mode of transportation to WDW one time. It took the captain, the first officer and three baggage handlers to pull me off of the wing.GrUvGrL wrote:I love how the van turned out!! I was happy to see that I didn't have to repeat the process with the bus when we landed...

First of all, glad you made it to Disney World after that. Second, next time fly Alaska Airlines... I think they have a Disney plane... they have everything else.ktulu wrote:Looks great! Does Alaska make it to Orlando? I know they partner with American, just not sure I've seen the Alaska Air livery at MCO.Big Wallaby wrote:First of all, glad you made it to Disney World after that. Here's the Disney plane from Alaska Airlines:

Here's the Make-A-Wish plane that Alaska premiered in 2006, featuring Genie on the nose and the Castle on the tail:

And here's one for Big Wallaby showing an AA jet flying past a snow-covered mountain (I'm trying to make him homesick for the Pacific Northwest):

Hope these links work okay. Alaska Airlines is closely affiliated with Disney and they offer all kinds of package deals on flights, cruises, etc.
