It just appeared that way because he videographer had the camera on Donald, most likely Mickey's mouth was moving also.

I saw videos of this early last year.

I can say it :) Mickey talks by moving his fingers. Look in the video at 0:38 and watch his left hand. Mickey just has a twitch when he performs on stage.

Syndrome- you hit the nail on the head as to why I don't like it! In this show their mouths move, but in the parades they still don't. Then of course there are the meet and greets. I liked head syncing when I was in entertainment, and I guess for me it comes down to things are changing. :(

He's resting his voice! LOL!

I'd say that he loves meeting people, but the only disadvantage is that he has to rest his voice cause he performs so much around the world. No one would want him to lose his voice, right?
