Forum rules
At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.

Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

Clean that mess up Grumpy. No one likes a hairball left out. Ewww *Passes you some paper towels and a spray bottle of water for cleaning up the hairball* :p:

Last night I saw Mainstreeter again. T'was fun talking to her. Wonder if I'll see her tonight? Hmmm Hehe.

Sorry, the sugar level exceeded even the most hardy of constitutions could defend aginst a regurgitation!

Hey, it's free protein, what can you say....

Glad they caught the shysters! What people will do. I guess I should be cynical after reading all the SG stories, but they never ceae to amaze me. One after anohter, I am still stunned by what the SGs, SC's and allthe other S's do inthis world.

I live a sheltered life. heehehee ;)

If you want to unshelter your life a bit (and give yourself someone else to laugh at) check out newsofthewierd.com. They have a weekly column of some of the dimmest things people and governments do. My favorites are the dumb criminals.

Just this week there was one who robbed a couple in their home, and then while escaping got stuck in the mud at the end of the drive and, due to the cold went back to the house to get warm. (the police arrived to take him to a nice warm jail).

Another fun criminal from the past was the one who robbed a bank and escaped on a bicycle (so he could go where cop cars couldn't). But he stole the bike and had no idea how to take it out of first gear. The cops arriving in response to the alarm, still had him in sight and chased him down ON FOOT and tacked him before he got out of sight of the bank. :eek: :D:
