some people are gross

Post by MELightyear » Thu Mar 25, 2004 10:41 pm

About 4 or 5 months after I had hired in, I was at the unload of a certain attraction when this group *formerly known as SAP* comes up the exit. It was obvious they didnt need a pass becasue he told me he had a "courtsey cut pass". I asked how many in the party and he replyed 3. He starts coughing and hacking and he spit right in the middle of the exit walkway  . The man, thinking that I didnt notice the lung butter he just so politely displayed on the ground, just pretends it didnt happen. He slowly glances up at me.

Me: Hi there. Umm yeah. Pick that up please.

Man: What?

Me: The thing you just hacked up onto the ground there, pick it up and either throw it in the trash or toss it in the planter.

Man: (with a look of terror and discust) Ok

The 2 other guys he was with were laughing at him. I was trying to keep a stright face. But sure enough he bent down and picked it up *pinkie finger out* and tossed it in the bush.

Me: Thank you. Your car is ready. :D

Eww.

The nastiest thing I was ever witness to, was a mentally challenged guest about to board Star Tours, drop trou, and then... drop... errr... well... Let's just say he was in "Row #2".

He just stood there grinning as all of the other guests slowly backed away.

Down broken. Later back check.

Thats really nasty. I hope you didnt tell him to pick it up!

Also, another time at the same attraction, this lady gets out of the boat with her baby in arm. The kid was wearing a new diaper and no pants, and there is a folded diaper (used) tucked ever so neatly into the corner of the seat cushion.

Mam! You forgot your trash.

Oh thats not mine.

Mam! I know its yours Just take it.

People need to take responsibility for there stupid actions. I just tell em we have cameras everywhere!!!! Disney IS big brother.

One day at the bottom of the speedramp of Monorail (back in the days when the ramps actually moved), I was with another CM, and for some reason we were both watching this one overweight teenager going up the ramp. He wasn't retarded, just kinda dumb.

We both watched as he started picking his nose as he went up the ramp. It seemed like he went on forever, burrowing that finger deeper and deeper - getting dangerously close to his brain...

Then, as he neard the top of the ramp, he took his finger out and stared at the little piece of snot he'd just exhumed.

The CM next to me said "oh no" under their breath.

The tubby teen continued staring at the snot on his finger.

"He wouldn't..." one of us said.

Then suddenly, sure enough, he jammed that finger into his mouth!!!

A SNOT-EATER!!!

We died laughing!

We had to laugh. If we stopped laughing, we would have vomited...

Eww.

We had a Mover breakdown because a guest had dropped a freshly-changed diaper out of a train, and on to a pressure-sensitive intrusion mat.

Of course, we knew which guest did it. They, of course, denied everything. Nothing we could really do. Short of evacuating them last.

The worst we had in recent memory was when one of my co-workers put down the shade of a stroller to clean it and there was a diaper, open, face down, with #2 inside.

The worst I can remember wasn't the result of stupidity at all, much.

Family rolls their stroller into Toontown Station. As they make the turn, a loaded diaper falls out of the back of their stroller. Before anyone can say or do anything, another guest steps right smack in the middle of it.

Covered an area eight feet in diameter.

I've just gotten folks calmed down and a layer of Voban spread, and was back on the platform for an arriving train when running down the platform behind me comes a 10-year-old kid, barfing every three feet from one end to the other! Never did figure out why he had to streak the platform instead of just making a single mess.

Yup, some days you just can't have too much Voban handy!

Nice
The worst I've seen in those kinds of cases are parents allowing thier children to #1 in planters waiting for the parade, in drains by the pool at one of the All Stars, and on the control booth at Fantasmic.

I experienced something last summer at Splash. I was at dispatch when it happened. We had a log pull up to unload and a female guest refused to get out. She was too embarrassed. It seems her family had forced her to ride, she was very scared. She was soo terrified of the ride that it literally scared the s*#t out of her. She didn't want anyone to see the mess she made in the log. After we finally coaxed her out from the log, the mess dripped out of her shorts and all over the unload dock. She left a trail from the dock up the exit ramp. Even after we covered it with Voban and warning guests, people kept stepping in it and tracking it all over the exit dock. Gross.

Have a seat ma'am. It's supposed to be wet. It's a water ride. Why do you think we call it Splash Mountain. If you want to stay dry, then go to Country Bears.
