I once read an interview article on him; though an atheist, he stated that the magician and false prophet Elymas, aka Bar-Jesus, was struck blind, only lost his vision for 6 months. Well, yeah, it does say he lost his vision for a time, where he got the six months I don't know, much less where he got the idea it was permanent. You can bet he now knows that God exists, is real, though too late to help him.
