So... is $19.5 million enough that if there was a character you really loved who had never appeared in that park (or any park for that matter) Disney would create the character just for your party? A face character wouldn't be too bad, but a fur is a pretty expensive proposition I would think.

I know that my husband (and a lot of other guys) would love to meet Jessica Rabbit in the parks.

How long do you think it takes to create a new charactor from the drawing board to finished?
then audition and train the actors.
I guess mimumum 6 months to a year.
