In this case, these two were most likely trained well ahead of time in preparation for this event.

Disney will make a dancer out of a person - well, within reason!
If anyone has seen any of Once Upon a Christmastime Parade - the skiers, skaters, hoop girls, ball elves were all (unless they did it the previous years) inexperienced in their talents.

I can imagine.
soon as disney had the deal they started looking at thier people to see who is the best for this show, then pow, into the studio for weeks until they can do it in thier sleep. I mean, we see princesses doing a little ballroom in thier shows, but nothing like this.
