That's simple, if you are a windows user, you have a license that you have to enter in order to use it, so I could use one disc to install a billion machines, and it'd be legal as long as I either had a site license, or a billion licenses. However, using a disc (vs disk) is outdated. I prefer either USB or network installs.Mr. D. wrote:
Remind yourself of that if you ever let someone borrow your OS disk. (Oh wait you would NEVER DO THAT because then the devil would come and suck your soul out of your ears. and stick a pitch fork up you....).
Now, if you mean you would actually take your disk and let someone borrow it, you either have a dedicated OS disk or you're allowing them to have access to personal data. Not wise, but...nevermind...
Yeah, I hate when people have integrity and do the right thing. Reminds me of a shirt my daughter got a school. I can get you one, it's the 3 R's, which means Respectful, Responsible, and do the Right thing.Mr. D. wrote: Oh don't worry PatchOBlack's reply showed me EXACTLY the mentality of the people posting here.
Who knows, but I find it entertaining :D: We need a TROLOLOLO smiley ;)Zazu wrote:And yet, you still keep coming back. One is given to wonder, "Why?"
